This three-story gambrel in Sagamore Beach is the kind of job where the scale alone makes it a serious undertaking. At close to 2,000 sq ft of siding surface spanning three full floors, every detail has to be right — because on a tall home like this, there’s nowhere to hide inconsistent coursing or sloppy trim work.

We installed James Hardie Shingle Panel in Gray Slate throughout, and the transformation is dramatic. The deep blue-gray tone gives this home real coastal character — it looks like it belongs on the Cape, but with a precision and durability that wood shingles simply can’t match.
