The Terms of Sale are part Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Packages
Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC offers various services including roofing, siding, window, and door installation and repairs tailored to meet the needs of your home. The specifics of these services and any packages offered are subject to change at Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC’s discretion at any time; all such changes will be promptly updated on bostonroofingandsiding.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC accepts cash, debit and, Credit Card. Any Card Declined will lead Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC to ask the customer to find a solution for the payment of the service provided. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC will start a collection process 48 hours after getting the customer’s Credit Card refused.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are advised to ensure that the area around their property is clear and accessible to our technicians prior to any service. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the property being serviced or any items within the vicinity of the service area. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the service location is safe and lawful; any concerns should be immediately communicated to the service technician. All services are performed at the customer’s own risk, and any damage claims as a result of our services will be limited to the cost of the service rendered. We reserve the right to request debit or credit card details to secure a booking. Debit/credit card transactions will be processed securely. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC reserves the right to adjust or reschedule a booking in accordance with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failures.
Late Cancelation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring a fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $40 fee to compensate our technicians for their time.
Satisfaction Policy
If it is determined that the service technician did not fulfill the service as agreed upon, or if the work is deemed to have been executed poorly, Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost to the customer. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone (508-360-27-49), email (Customersupport@roofingandsidingofcapecod.com), or text message (508-360-27-49). Pictures of the area must be texted or emailed to (Customersupport@roofingandsidingofcapecod.com) within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Appointment Time
Our technicians aim to arrive within the scheduled time frame, but due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. We request that customers provide a 30-90 minute window for the technician’s arrival. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC will make every effort to notify customers of any delays as soon as possible.
Coupon & Refferal Policy
From time to time, Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC (“Referral Link”) with your friends. Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod, LLC reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
